Celebrating Sacraments

Tomas and Myriam’s Wedding

December 19th we had the great joy of witnessing the marriage of two of our dearest friends here in Cordoba.  We met Tomas and Myraim our first week in here (two years ago) and have had so much fun getting to know them, sharing meals, going to retreats, participating in Bible studies, and growing in our Faith together.

Tomas is from France and moved to Spain to study theater, when he met Myriam at Eucharistic Adoration.  Their whole relationship has been founded on their relationship with the Lord.  They have been a great witness to the youth of Cordoba and to us.

The wedding ceremony was a combination of French and Spanish with the bride and groom saying their vows in the native tongue of the other.  It was a beautiful image of self-giving love.

What a JOY to celebrate the Sacrament of Marriage with our friends!
